Christmas Eve my wish came true.. it snowed and snowed… it snowed until late in the night…
It was a great way to bring in our saviors birthday…
The dogs enjoyed playing in the snow and even let me snap a photo under a tree while they caught their breath…
Some of our chickens came out and others hid from the snow…
It was a festive day… hope you had a blessed and Merry Christmas 🙂

We had about the same amount of snow you you, judging from your photos. By noon it was melting away – just to see a weather report that threatens more to come….oh my!
We had about 3 inches or more… we are suppose to get some snow/sleat and rain tomorrow too 😦
Bummer…..please keep it there….we do not need it here.
We got another couple of inches… then the sleat… its gone now 🙂

They eac have a coat as it keep them from gettign too wet and smelling when they come in. It also keeps them warm as they like to be out for a while 🙂 Merry Christmas to you too 🙂

White Christmas after all. We also are having
a White Christmas, it’s been snowing since I
came back on the 21st. It’s beautiful but a lot
of work to be able to get around Gullringstorp . The goats stay in the stable and the hens stay in their heated hen house. Max our dog
has fun at potty time running and playing in the snow. He loves running up and down the paths my husband has shoveled for us. Little Max can’t see over the sides that are too high for him, just straight ahead. He has fun anyway. He stays warm in a winter snow suit and snow boots. He is not as big as your two dogs, he is a small Brussels Griffon.

We didn’t get that much only about a foot… sounds like you have a lot more. The dogs have loved playing out in the snow as it sounds like Max has, our chickens have been in the coop under the heat lamp, and we have been trying to shovel out 🙂 Baxter and Chase have their own jackets too, but no boots 🙂
