Love for my chickens checking out the snow from their warm coop. Dug them a path today, but we are expecting more snow tomorrow… Happy Friday 🙂

We love our chickens too! We have a hoop type covered run. Last year they spent most of the winter days outside. So far this year, they won’t even come out if they see snow on the edges of their run. But, the beautiful fresh eggs keep coming.
Yes our “ladies” are not fond of the snow… they seem to like to look at it, but only come out if we dig them a path 😉 With the heat lamp our “ladies” are giving us the fresh eggs we love too 🙂
