We had more snow today… got a couple of more inches…
it sure was coming down hard at one point…
We had been keeping the chickens in their run…
But once the snow let up a little I opened the door and they still would only come to the door… but that’s okay.
Chase is loving the snow and spending time with me outside doing chores 🙂

Cold, but looks lovely.
It’s a little chilly, but nothing a warm jacket won’t help with…. well as long as the wind doesn’t come as predicted Sunday. 😉

We’re getting the same here but I don’t let the chickens out as long as there’s snow on the ground. Today will be my last day to hunt and I’m planning to go out a while this afternoon if the wind doesn’t get on a tear!! We had some beautiful big flakes falling a couple times this morning but it never accumulated or lasted very long. I’m afraid we’ll have the ice we have now for some time. Stay warm! Good day for a big bowl of homemade soup!!
I don’t have to worry our “ladies” won’t go out in the snow eben when the door is open 😉 We had some big flakes too and luckly it did not ice too much 🙂 Hope you had a warm day with warm soup too 🙂
