The other night a storm blew in so quick, but you could see it coming….
I loved seeing the rain sheets coming from the river…
And across the fields towards our house…
The clouds turned and got darker as the storm got closer…
As much as I hate storms it was neat to see all this and be inside my cozy home safe and sound 🙂

Wow! These are amazing! Stormy skies are my favorite sort of photographs. For some reason, stormy skies always make me feel closer to God. When I smell the rain even before it comes, it reminds me of Him as if it’s His scent. I fear the storm while at the same time feel it’s beauty and love how it makes me feel so many things all at once. So beautiful!
Thanks. I agree I don’t like storms, but they do provide a good photo opportunity and an amazing showing of Gods power. 🙂
Oh, my goodness!!! Those are some dark, black clouds. I hope it was not a bad storm that left damage. Those are great pictures! Hugs
Yes, they were bad clouds, but luckily it was a storm but not as bad as I thought it would be 🙂 I’m glad you like the photos… you have had some nice bird photos lately I have enjoyed them 🙂
